Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and imjudi, an online casino and sports betting platform operating under international licensing. This document governs your access to and use of the imjudi website, including all services, games, promotions and features available on it.

Membership Eligibility

imjudi services are restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. Registration and use of the platform by any party who does not meet these requirements is prohibited and imjudi reserves the right to close the account in question at any time.

• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of another individual.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Not previously banned or suspended from using the imjudi platform.
• Possessing sufficient legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

imjudi reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include MyKad, passport or any other recognised official identification document. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration and Management

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. imjudi enforces a one-account-per-user policy — each individual may only hold one active account. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through a third party, is a serious violation of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account, including financial transactions and bets, is your own responsibility. imjudi is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

Any changes to your registered personal information must be updated promptly through the account settings section or by contacting the support team. Incorrect or outdated information may affect your ability to make deposits, withdraw funds or receive bonuses.

Deposits and Withdrawals

imjudi accepts a variety of payment methods to make transactions easy for members. All deposits and withdrawals are processed securely through a multi-layered security infrastructure that meets industry standards. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

imjudi offers various promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Failure to meet these requirements before the expiry date will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus: imjudi offers a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be processed.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless stated otherwise.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is strictly prohibited.
• imjudi reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold withdrawals if there is evidence of promotion abuse.
• All other promotions such as cashback, reload promotions and the like are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is announced.

Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the imjudi platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sportsbook, sic bo and others — are subject to their respective game rules. Each game is operated by a licensed software provider and game results are final.

imjudi provides general information on Return to Player (RTP) and game volatility as a general guide for players. These values are long-term estimates and are not a guarantee of results for any individual game session.

• The results of all casino and sports games are produced through a fair and transparent system.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled.

Prohibited Conduct and Activities

• Use of automated software, bots, or any technological tools designed to exploit the game or betting system.
• Any action intended to manipulate the bonus or promotion system, including opening multiple accounts.
• Attempts at money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Activities involving collusion between members to gain an unfair advantage in any particular game.
• Use of another person's information or falsified documents during registration or the verification process.
• Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or imjudi's technical infrastructure.

imjudi reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of a violation. During the investigation, the account in question may be temporarily suspended. If a violation is confirmed, imjudi reserves the right to close the account, seize all balances including winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

imjudi reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under certain circumstances, including but not limited to suspected fraud, breach of terms, or a request from legal authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the imjudi support team. Before the account closure is processed, all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be met, or those bonuses will be forfeited. Legitimate funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable policies and terms.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
